Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA SD modules
Gather and analyze business requirements for Sales, Shipping, and Billing processes
Configure pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and output determination
Support integration with MM, FI, and other SAP modules
Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution
Provide production support and troubleshoot SD-related issues
Prepare functional specifications for technical developments
Support data migration and cutover activities
Deliver end-user training and documentation
