MDM Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical direction to project teams and participate in project planning sessions with clients and IT leadership.
• Design and evaluate technical solutions, including complex architectural challenges.
• Develop architectural designs, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Implement and support modern device management solutions including Intune, Autopilot, Co-management, and MDM/MAM.
• Design and implement modern authentication solutions including Azure AD, Windows Hello, and Credential Guard.
• Manage and deploy Windows 365 Cloud PC environments and support migration from on-premises to cloud-based solutions.
• Lead migration initiatives from AD GPO to CSP.
• Develop and execute application, patch, and update deployment strategies.
• Provide engineering support for disk encryption, antivirus, and endpoint security solutions.
• Build and manage dashboards and reporting using Microsoft Graph API.
• Maintain documentation for end-user computing solutions, tools, and processes.
• Ensure adherence to change management and incident management processes.
• Act as the highest level of escalation for end-user technical issues.
• Mentor junior team members and provide training on systems and solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and define strategy for end-user computing environments.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Modern Device Management (MDM) technologies in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience in a lead or senior engineering role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management tools.
• Experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC and cloud migration strategies.
• Hands-on experience with AD and Azure AD (Hybrid environments).
• Deep knowledge of Windows system administration (Windows 7/10), including registry, file systems, services, and security.
• Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBS, and WMI.
• Experience with Graph API and automation scripting.
• Knowledge of browser management, security, and configuration.
• Experience with BitLocker and endpoint security solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-user computing hardware and infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with third-party endpoint management tools.
• Knowledge of Windows Advanced Analytics and Endpoint Privilege Management.
• Experience with Universal Printing and modern workplace solutions.
