Position: Digital Product Manager Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite; 2 days remote) Duration: 12 months contract Job ID: 179553 Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, candidates may:
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Digital Product Management and contribute to large-scale planning related to Digital Product Management deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Digital Product Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Digital Product Management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Digital Product Management.
Required Qualifications: - 4 plus years of Digital Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Required Skills and Qualifications - Five or more years of experience in product development, content platforms, or digital optimization.
- Strong understanding of agile methodology and backlog management.
- Understanding of business value related to platform capabilities and features.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage competing stakeholder needs.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
- Experience coordinating testing efforts and driving quality assurance across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in interpreting test data and using analytics tools to measure performance and inform decisions.
What is nice to have (but not required) skill, experience, education, or certification? - Agile certification
- Is prior experience in financial services or previous employment with client considered a requirement or an asset? Yes - folks that come from small - low pace companies don't adapt.
