As a member of  team, you will be responsible for developing and executing test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout the supply chain. This role requires close collaboration with product development teams, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to optimize testing processes, ensure compliance, and mitigate risks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional engineering teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Software, and Simulation to develop and execute test strategies that ensure high-quality system 

performance within budget and timeline constraints.

• Interfaces with customers to gather and clarify requirements, and coordinates test activities in partnership with project managers.

• Reviews customer documentation to identify, interpret, and analyze technical and functional requirements.

• Designs comprehensive test plans, including the creation of test data, environments, scenarios, procedures, and scripts to validate system performance against customer requirements.

• Develops detailed and repeatable test documentation to ensure full coverage of requirements and compliance with applicable standards.

• Communicates test findings, issues, and resolution strategies effectively with project teams, management, and customers.

• Designs, implements, and maintains automated testing tools, ensuring continued accuracy and relevance.

• Provides frequent feedback to development teams, offering improvement recommendations, problem evaluations, and additional testing insights.

• Represents the company in customer-facing technical meetings, supporting project management, development, and execution across customer test phases.

• Ensures adherence to discipline-specific technical procedures, best practices, and quality standards in all test engineering activities.

• Executes test plans and procedures, including both hardware and software testing, to validate performance and reliability of deliverables.

• Implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and elevate product quality.

• Collaborates with product development, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to integrate testing processes across the product lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software engineer or a related field. Master''s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in test engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
