Seeking a senior-level Business Analyst to support mission-critical applications and initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, support project planning, and drive successful implementation of IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
Participate in project estimation, planning, forecasting, and impact analysis
Assist with RFP development and procurement activities
Develop project documentation including swim lanes, sequence diagrams, and use cases
Coordinate testing activities, test plans, and test cases with business SMEs
Support strategic IT initiatives and vendor coordination
Communicate project risks, issues, and recommendations effectively
Required Skills:
Strong experience with business analysis methodologies and process modeling
Experience with SDLC methodologies including Agile and CMMI
Experience documenting requirements for software development projects
Experience with project estimation and planning
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Visio
Experience drafting RFP requirements for IT solutions/services
Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience creating test plans and coordinating UAT activities
