Description
The Senior Manager, Ad/Mar Tech will bring robust media data and ad/mar tech experience, with an emphasis on activation and process development. The candidate will have a proven track record in managing data orchestration in support of marketing attribution models (e.g. MMM, MTA) and audience segmentation.
This person will be responsible for the agency progress on deliverables for data and technology. This same person will also be responsible for the owned and paid technology partner relationships, inclusive of scope.
The candidate must be adept at influencing cross-functional stakeholders. This candidate will be a key contact for IT and Data Science on behalf of the Commercial organization. The candidate must have a general understanding of consumer privacy law. The candidate will partner with legal to ensure vendor and internal team compliance with opt-out requests, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as a motivational leader and passionate advocate for data solutions and best practices internally and externally
Strategic aggregation of sales, pricing, and other data within attribution tools to answer business needs
Initiative to develop new solutions, develop new strategies, and address changes in competitive environment
Education, Experience & Certifications
8-10 years of experience Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related roles
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising/Media or related field
Ability to travel up to 25%
Experience using a MMM, and/or MTA model required
Experience implementing pixel and CAPI integrations
QSR, Retail or eCommerce experience preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
