Solution Architect to support Sales system integration for an M&A program, focusing on architecture flows, system alignment, and target-state design, with exposure to modern AI-assisted and agent-driven solution patterns.
The Challenge
As part of the Semrush M&A integration, Adobe is driving alignment of Sales capabilities, systems, and architecture to the enterprise “Adopt & Go” model. This role is critical in ensuring decisions are grounded in system architecture, integration feasibility, and platform constraints, with a focus on how core Sales systems (CRM, lead, opportunity, account, forecasting) evolve toward the target state.
What You’ll Do
· Participate in cross-functional sessions (architecture lens)
o Translate discussions into system interactions and architecture implications
· Capture architecture-level system flows
o Document system flows (not business processes):
§ System touchpoints and orchestration
§ Data flows and dependencies
§ Integration patterns
· Assess system alignment and gaps
o Identify fits, gaps, and required system changes from a technology perspective
· Perform system mapping and integration analysis
o Define system of record, integration points, and dependencies across Sales platforms
· Support architecture and integration planning
o Contribute to target-state architecture, sequencing, and design direction
Job Qualifications
· 7+ years in Solution / Enterprise Architecture or Systems Integration
· Strong experience with Sales systems architecture, including CRM, lead/opportunity, account, and forecasting
· Experience in large enterprise Sales ecosystems and familiarity with capability modeling (L2/L3) and architecture mapping
· Experience in M&A integration or large-scale enterprise transformations
· Ability to translate discussions into system architecture, integration flows, and data movement
· Strong understanding of:
o APIs, integrations, and system-of-record concepts
o Data flows and cross-system dependencies
· Experience working in cross-functional workshops
· Experience building or integrating copilot-style or AI-assisted workflows within enterprise systems
· Familiarity with agent-driven / autonomous workflow patterns and orchestration across systems
