Job description:

The Challenge:

As part of the M&A integration, Client is driving alignment of Sales capabilities, systems, and architecture to the enterprise “Adopt & Go” model. This role is critical in ensuring decisions are grounded in system architecture, integration feasibility, and platform constraints, with a focus on how core Sales systems (CRM, lead, opportunity, account, forecasting) evolve toward the target state.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  1. Participate in cross-functional sessions (architecture lens) Translate discussions into system interactions and architecture implications
  2. Capture architecture-level system flows Document system flows (not business processes): ▪ System touchpoints and orchestration
  3. Data flows and dependencies
  4. Integration patterns
  5. Assess system alignment and gaps Identify fits, gaps, and required system changes from a technology perspective
  6. Perform system mapping and integration analysis Define system of record, integration points, and dependencies across Sales platforms
  7. Support architecture and integration planning Contribute to target-state architecture, sequencing, and design direction

 

 Job Qualifications

  1. 7+ years in Solution / Enterprise Architecture or Systems Integration
  2. Strong experience with Sales systems architecture, including CRM, lead/opportunity, account, and forecasting
  3. Experience in large enterprise Sales ecosystems and familiarity with capability modeling (L2/L3) and architecture mapping
  4. Experience in M&A integration or large-scale enterprise transformations
  5. Ability to translate discussions into system architecture, integration flows, and data movement
  6. Strong understanding of: APIs, integrations, and system-of-record concepts
  7. Data flows and cross-system dependencies
  8. Experience working in cross-functional workshops
  9. Experience building or integrating copilot-style or AI-assisted workflows within enterprise systems
  10. Familiarity with agent-driven / autonomous workflow patterns and orchestration across systems
  11. Experience integrating large language models into enterprise applications (e.g., workflow automation, knowledge grounding, decision support)
