Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA Onsite role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow technical lead/ Sr Developer to oversee the development, customization, and integration of ServiceNow applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Custom Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM OR HRSD
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or other relevant certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Previous experience in Technical Lead/ Sr Developer
