Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Coordination Analyst to manage, organize, validate, and maintain data across different systems and teams. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day data management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Coordinate with different teams to collect and update required information.
Perform regular data validation and identify discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
Update databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Track data requests and ensure timely completion.
Support data analysis and provide insights as required.
Maintain proper documentation and data records.
Follow company policies related to data confidentiality and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of tools such as SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools is an advantage.
