Join a fast-scaling cloud services provider on a mission to rebuild the internet into something open, resilient, and truly independent.
This role sits at the heart of a globally distributed infrastructure, shaping how content is delivered at scale through a high-performance CDN and DNS ecosystem.
You'll take ownership of critical network systems, working hands-on with routing, caching, and traffic optimization to keep performance sharp and reliable under pressure.
It's an opportunity to build durable, fault-tolerant infrastructure alongside a tight-knit team that values clear thinking, steady execution, and engineers who take pride in solving hard problems.
Expect meaningful influence, real responsibility, and the kind of technical challenges that keep you sharp.
Required Skills & Experience - Strong foundation in IP networking, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS architecture, and traffic distribution concepts across CDN environments
- Practical experience working with Linux systems in production and using scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) to automate infrastructure tasks
- Demonstrated experience designing, operating, and optimizing large-scale Content Delivery Network (CDN) environments, including traffic routing, caching strategies, and performance tuning across distributed systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues, with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving performance or stability problems
Desired Skills & Experience - Familiarity with routing concepts such as BGP, anycast, and tools like FRR or BIRD
- Exposure to DNS security practices (e.g., DNSSEC) and strategies for mitigating large-scale traffic events
- Experience working with network hardware or operating systems (e.g., Juniper, Arista, Cisco) and open-source networking tools
Daily Responsibilities - Hands-On Engineering: 70%
- Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 30%
