Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions to deliver trusted golden records across the real estate value chain. The role requires strong expertise in company/entity matching, data modelling, and integration to improve data quality and reduce duplicates.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions
Architect and tune company matching logic, including match rules, cleanse functions, tokenization, and survivorship
Configure Reltio entity models and relationships (e.g., parent-subsidiary, account hierarchies), reference data (RDM), and data quality rules for corporate legal entity data
Integrate external enrichment and matching sources such as D&B DUNS, LEI, ZoomInfo, and other firmographic providers
Build integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, and connectors to CRM, ERP, lease, and property systems
Define and optimize match and merge thresholds; manage false positives/negatives
Govern manual data steward workflows for ambiguous company matches
Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and enforcing MDM best practices
Perform performance tuning across environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
Collaborate with data architects, business stakeholders, and data stewards to translate requirements into scalable, governed solutions
Ensure data security, role-based access, audit controls, and compliance with GDPR and data privacy standards

Required Skills

Reltio MDM (mandatory)
Strong expertise in company/entity matching
Java, Groovy, JSON, SQL
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and REST API development

Preferred Skills

Reltio certification
Experience in the real estate domain

Qualifications

Proven expertise in entity matching and data quality optimization
Strong understanding of data governance and MDM best practices
