Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Data Operations to support healthcare-focused initiatives involving data integration, EDI transactions, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare data, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery within healthcare data operations and EDI environments
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders including payors, TPAs, and healthcare providers
• Oversee implementation and management of ANSI 5010 EDI transactions (834, 837, 835, 270/271)
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across eligibility, claims, coordination of benefits (COB), and benefits data
• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables while ensuring timely execution
• Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders and provide regular project updates
• Identify and resolve data or process-related issues proactively
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment

Required Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in healthcare data, EDI, project management, or implementation roles
• Hands-on experience with ANSI 5010 EDI transactions (834, 837, 835, 270/271)
• Strong understanding of:
• Eligibility and enrollment data
• Claims processing
• Coordination of Benefits (COB)
• Healthcare benefits data
• Experience working with healthcare ecosystems such as payors, TPAs, providers, or health tech platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with data and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
