Role Summary
We are seeking an SAP Solution Architect with a strong business-functional background to serve as a strategic advisor to CXOs during enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role blends deep S/4HANA solution expertise with business acumen, guiding leadership through change adoption, implementation strategy, and governance — while acting as the bridge between business vision and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Act as trusted advisor to CXOs and senior leadership on enterprise transformation strategy, aligning SAP S/4HANA capabilities with business goals.
Lead solution architecture and design decisions across S/4HANA implementation, ensuring scalability, compliance, and future readiness.
Drive business process adoption by translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant narratives for executive stakeholders.
Define and enforce program governance frameworks — covering design authority, change control, risk management, and decision escalation.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, IT) to ensure end-to-end process alignment and value realization.
Facilitate steering committee discussions, status reviews, and executive workshops with confidence and clarity.
Anticipate organizational change resistance and proactively design adoption/communication strategies.
Ensure solution decisions balance business outcomes, technical feasibility, and long-term governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in SAP with strong exposure to at least one core functional area (Finance, SCM, HR, or similar) combined with solution architecture experience.
Proven experience in large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs (implementation, rollout, or migration).
Demonstrated experience advising C-level stakeholders — comfortable presenting to and influencing senior executives.
Strong grasp of program governance, risk, and change management frameworks.
Excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills — able to simplify complexity for non-technical audiences.
Strategic thinker with hands-on architecture depth; equally comfortable in boardrooms and design workshops.
