Job Title Functional Analyst
Location: BronX, NY
Contract: 3 months, possible conversion
Healthcare organization seeking a Functional Analyst to support enterprise scheduling and operational business applications. Consultant will maintain and support Clairvia scheduling tools, run operational reports, assign user security, perform daily application updates, validate PeopleSoft HR imports, support Oracle scheduling configuration, and participate in testing and integration activities involving Epic and PointClickCare. The resource will partner with Nursing and Operations teams to support business processes, troubleshoot application issues, document requirements, support UAT/testing, and assist with enterprise application optimization initiatives.
Requirements Prior Clairvia, UKG, or ANSOS scheduling implementation/support experience required
Oracle scheduling support/configuration experience preferred
SQL and Advanced Excel required
PeopleSoft HR import/process experience preferred
Experience gathering/documenting business requirements
Experience supporting healthcare enterprise applications
Epic, PointClickCare, OnBase, ERP, or related healthcare systems experience preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Visio, Project, and SDLC methodologies preferred
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Target date and Target pay rate is the same as the other functional analyst.
