Job Title: Power BI Specialist
Location: 100% onsite in Irvine, CA (Only local candidates will be considered)
Employment Type: 3 months contract
Compensation: $38.00 to 40.00 per hour (based on experience)

Join a small team supporting a ERP transformation and helping drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role combines ERP implementation support, systems analysis, data validation, and reporting to ensure business readiness, operational performance, and KPI visibility throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Global ERP implementation, including functional UAT, data validation, reporting development, and overall business readiness activities


• Help ensure successful testing, defect resolution, and cutover readiness throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle


• Monitor and support systems performance to ensure reliable business operations


• Fulfill ad-hoc and recurring data requests to support KPI tracking, performance analysis, and operational reporting


• Partner with stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure system functionality aligns with operational needs

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, defect resolution, and cutover readiness


• Ability to validate system functionality against business requirements while ensuring data accuracy and process effectiveness


• Experience managing and prioritizing ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests in a fast-paced, business-critical environment


• Solid understanding of database systems and data warehousing concepts


• Experience working with Power BI and reporting tools, leveraging multiple data sources to support analysis and business insights


• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to extract, analyze, and validate data across complex environments
