This requisition is for Oracle APEX development to implement new enhancements that support the data modernization of vital records and vital statistics projects. The effort will focus on creating new Oracle APEX pages and application components, strengthening security controls, improving the user experience through modern UI capabilities, and ensuring the longterm sustainability.

Required Skills

5+ years of Oracle APEX (Oracle Application Express) development

5+ years of Oracle Database 11g/18c/19c experience

5+ years of strong SQL (Structured Query Language) experience & strong PL/SQL (Procedural Language/Structured Query Language) experience

5+ years of JavaScript or jQuery experience

1+ year of Oracle PL/SQL Web Toolkit experience

1+ year of RESTful and SOAP Webservices
