Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager (Level II) to join our Global Process Ownership organization focused on Financial Crimes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large-scale program and project management, business analysis, governance, and AI-enabled solution integration and a proven ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives that meet scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Establish governance structures across stakeholders in the Financial Crimes domain.
- Drive decision-making across Technology, Sanctions Operations, and Global Financial Crimes teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact integrating operations across multiple projects.
- Lead end-to-end integration of workstreams including requirements, data mapping, execution, and implementation.
- Manage creation and maintenance of Jira stories ensuring traceability from requirements through implementation.
- Direct work efforts of functionally aligned resources.
- Manage scope, timeline, and budget/expenses to plan.
- Lead risk management, mitigation planning, change adoption, stakeholder management, and quality assurance.
- Implement Artificial Intelligence capabilities to complement sanctions applications and operations processes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable change requirements and enterprise standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in projects, production support, and/or operations.
- Cross-functional business analysis, problem-solving, quality management, and organization skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with scope, schedule, budget, and risk controls.
- Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and traceability.
- Executive-level reporting and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Accountability, ownership, and adherence to procedures.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in Financial Crimes compliance, sanctions operations, or related domains.
- Experience delivering AI or automation capabilities within operational processes.
