Key Skills: Oracle EPM, Planning and Budgeting

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle EPM Planning implementations
Design scalable planning models (Workforce, Opex, Capex, Revenue)
Lead workshops with Finance / FP&A stakeholders
Define integration approach with ERP, data platforms, and reporting tools
Provide technical leadership across build, test, and deployment
Establish governance, security, and performance optimization standards

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience with Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service / Enterprise Planning Cloud
Planning model design and dimensional modelling expertise
Business rules development (Calc Manager / Groovy)
Data integration using Data Management / APIs
Strong understanding of FP&A processes and planning cycles
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant

Nice-To-Have Skills:

Experience with other Oracle EPM modules (FCCS, Narrative Reporting, ARCS)
Integration with modern data platforms/analytics environments
Exposure to AI-driven forecasting or advanced planning analytics
