Job Title: Service Desk 2

Required :
Process all equipment coming into or leaving IT
Update Asset Inventory System
Process Salvage equipment (removing the hard drives, doing the entire process)
Unpacking and packing boxes for equipment and preparing it for shipment to ACF or other DPS sites
Pick up and deliver equipment from DIS/Excel/DTS/ETC
Complete any Service Now tickets on equipment requests (i.e., monitors, keyboards, mice, HDMI cables, etc)
Reconcile all Inventory sheets (paper/electronic) daily
Validate all of the IT Operations Room equipment weekly to ensure inventory is up to date and correct
Serves as backup contact for level 1 support
