What you'll do
  • Own manufacturing processes for thermal interface material product lines, supporting production from raw material processing through customer delivery.
  • Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to improve product quality and process performance.
  • Support new product launches by conducting process capability studies, developing operating conditions, and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage process and equipment improvement projects, including Management of Change (MOC) activities and validation of new manufacturing methods.
  • Train production operators on equipment operation, testing methods, and standard work practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, waste reduction, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or a related environment. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Strong project management, communication, and teamwork abilities with the drive to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

The salary range for this role is $76,000.00 and $84,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
