Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with over 15 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The candidate will manage both onsite and offshore QA teams and oversee manual and automation testing activities across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  - Lead and manage onsite and offshore QA teams.
  - Define and execute the overall test strategy, test plans, and QA processes.
  - Manage manual and automation testing activities.
  - Coordinate testing across SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and Production releases.
  - Monitor testing progress, timelines, quality metrics, risks, and issues.
  - Manage the defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
  - Coordinate closely with Development, Business, Product, and Project Management teams.
  - Ensure effective communication between onsite and offshore teams.
  - Review test cases, automation scripts, test results, and quality reports.
  - Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and automation coverage.
  - Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to QA engineers.
  - Prepare and present testing status reports to senior stakeholders.
  - Manage release readiness and provide QA sign-off.
  - Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

  - 15+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
  - Strong experience managing onsite and offshore QA teams.
  - Excellent knowledge of Manual and Automation Testing.
  - Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Java/Python, Playwright, or similar.
  - Strong knowledge of API Testing and integration testing.
  - Experience with JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar test/defect management tools.
  - Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps processes.
  - Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  - Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  - Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and geographically distributed teams.
