Salesforce Certified Platform Developer

Introduction:

The Salesforce Certified Platform Developer will play a crucial role in our team, taking ownership of architectural design and development across Service Cloud implementations. The successful candidate will have in-depth expertise in Agentforce and Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW), ensuring scalable and secure solutions that meet business and client standards.

Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end architecture for Service Cloud implementations
• Ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business and client standards
• Hands-on development using Salesforce platform technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
• Architect, design, and deliver complex Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise-scale requirements
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I & II and Lightning Experience Specialist

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 14+ years of overall software development experience, with 10-12 years dedicated exclusively to Salesforce architecture, design, and development
• Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW)
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce platform technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
• Salesforce Certified Lightning Experience Specialist certification

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in architecting, designing, and delivering complex Salesforce solutions
• Knowledge of enterprise-scale requirements and standards
