Job Overview:

The Contracts Administrator will support the Contracts Management Team in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle.
The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining accurate contract records within systems.
The position requires working with contract management tools to support efficient workflows and execution processes.

Requirement/Must Have:

2+ years of experience in contract management or legal administration.
1-2 years of recent experience with Conga and Salesforce environments including CPQ and CLM.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in legal or sales operations environment.
Experience with contract drafting, redlining, and lifecycle management.
Experience working with contract workflow and documentation systems.

Responsibilities:

Assist with contract drafting, redlining, and execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Track contract lifecycle and renewal timelines.
Support contract management processes within Salesforce and Conga systems.
Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
Assist in organizing and categorizing executed agreements.
Support sales-to-signature workflow processes.

Should Have:

Certification in paralegal studies preferred.
Experience with corporate contracts.

Skills:

Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualification And Education:

No degree required.
Paralegal certification preferred.
