  • Develop high-quality, scalable applications using Python as the primary language
  • Rapidly iterate on AI concepts, delivering weekly demos and technical presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems
  • Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices to manage model lifecycle and deployment
  • Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and compliance standards, especially when handling sensitive data
  • Contribute to system architecture, code reviews, and SDLC best practices
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI to real-world business challenges and drive innovation agendas
  • Work across multiple concurrent prototypes and initiatives (not limited to a single project lifecycle)
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5-10 years of software engineering experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python development
  • Experience building and deploying applications using modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices
  • Familiarity with generative AI concepts, including agent-based architectures or RAG systems
  • Experience working in collaborative engineering environments (branching, merging, code reviews)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, ADK, or similar)
  • Knowledge of multi-cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, OpenShift) and cloud-native development
  • Background in MLOps / LLMOps workflows
  • Experience in highly regulated environments such as financial services
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure development practices
  • Experience working with sensitive or protected data (e.g., DII or similar)
  • AI-related certifications (Google, AWS) or advanced education in AI/ML (preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technologies into practical business solutions
What Sets You Apart
  • You thrive in rapid prototyping environments and enjoy building tangible demos
  • You are comfortable presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders with technical concepts
  • You are curious, forward-thinking, and energized by applying cutting-edge AI technologies
  • You balance innovation with engineering rigor and security awareness
  • You enjoy working across teams and contributing to shared technical goals
Team & Culture

You'll join a highly collaborative team focused on forward-deployed engineering, working at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption. The team regularly experiments with emerging technologies and applies them to real-world business challenges.

This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to influence strategic direction and showcase innovative AI solutions to leadership.
