Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo Real Estate & Facilities (MREF) Integration Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise real estate and facilities management solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA, Maximo Real Estate & Facilities (MREF), enterprise integrations, APIs, and backend development. Experience with the transition from TRIRIGA to MREF and integration of workplace, facilities, HR, CAD, and calendar systems is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications, integrations, APIs, and services supporting IBM TRIRIGA/MREF.
- Develop and configure TRIRIGA Business Objects, Business Processes, DataConnect, and Integration Objects.
- Support IBM Maximo Real Estate & Facilities (MREF) running on Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
- Develop and maintain integrations between TRIRIGA/MREF and enterprise applications.
- Support TRIRIGA-to-MREF migration and transition initiatives, including APIs, connectors, and data flows.
- Integrate Space Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Lease Management, and Workplace Reservations functionality.
- Develop room and resource booking integrations with enterprise calendar platforms.
- Support CAD/DXF floor plan integrations and IBM CAD Integrator publishing processes.
- Implement and maintain HR Connector integrations for employee data, organizational hierarchy, departments, and manager rollups.
- Integrate workplace reservation systems with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and Microsoft Graph API.
- Develop REST APIs and enterprise integration services using Java, Python, C#, or similar backend technologies.
- Work with API gateway technologies such as Apigee.
- Manage data integration using scheduled synchronization, DataConnect, MAS Integration Framework pipelines, and API-to-Business Object feeds.
- Work with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, front-end developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot complex integration, application, performance, and data issues.
- Support application deployment, monitoring, security, resiliency, and disaster recovery.
- Follow software engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and secure development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience and 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA.
- Experience with TRIRIGA Application Platform, including:
- Business Objects
- Business Processes
- DataConnect
- Integration Objects
- Experience with or strong knowledge of IBM Maximo Real Estate & Facilities (MREF) and Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
- Understanding of TRIRIGA-to-MREF migration and integration concepts.

Experience supporting TRIRIGA-to-MREF modernization or migration is highly desirable.
