Senior UI Developer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Design and develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance Angular components and features.
- Develop complex data grids, forms, dashboards, calendars, and reporting interfaces.
- Build and maintain reusable, framework-agnostic Web Components using Stencil.js.
- Deliver front-end solutions within an Nx monorepo containing multiple applications and shared libraries.
- Maintain and incrementally modernize legacy Angular/AngularJS applications.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to translate requirements into high-quality UI.
- Write and maintain robust unit tests using Jest.
- Optimize application performance, including bundle size, change detection, lazy loading, and RxJS patterns.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data flows and application state.
- Ensure WCAG accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.

MUST HAVE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- 7+ years of professional front-end/UI development experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on Angular experience, including strong proficiency with Angular 20+.
- Strong knowledge of Angular standalone components, Signals, and modern CLI/build tooling.
- Expert-level TypeScript 5+ and JavaScript (ES2020+) skills.
- Strong experience with RxJS and reactive programming patterns.
- Proficiency with Angular CDK or comparable component libraries.
- Hands-on experience with Stencil.js for building Web Components/Custom Elements.
- Experience integrating and consuming Web Components within Angular applications.
- Strong experience developing complex UIs using AG Grid (Community/Enterprise) or similar data-grid frameworks.
- Proven experience with Nx monorepo tooling and workspace organization.
- Experience writing unit tests using Jest or Jasmine/Karma.
- Experience consuming REST APIs, handling asynchronous data flows, and managing application state.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3/SCSS.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with modern build tools such as Webpack, esbuild, and SWC.
- Strong understanding of Git-based development workflows and pull-request reviews.
- Experience working with legacy Angular/AngularJS applications and modernization initiatives.
- Ability to quickly understand and contribute to an established codebase.
- Strong focus on UI performance, scalability, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Angular 10.2.x and AngularJS 1.8.x is desirable for legacy application support.
