RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking an Apple JAMF Administrator for a 100% onsite role in Phoenix, AZ. This contract will last nine (9) months.
Overview:
We are seeking a Cloud Apple JAMF Administrator to manage and support Apple devices across a large enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, security, and lifecycle management of macOS and iOS devices using JAMF Pro and related cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating Apple device management with identity, security, and collaboration platforms while ensuring a secure and seamless end-user experience.
Responsibilities:
* Administer and support Apple devices using JAMF Pro in a cloud-managed enterprise environment
* Manage the full lifecycle of macOS and iOS devices, including enrollment, deployment, configuration, maintenance, and retirement
* Create and maintain configuration profiles, policies, software packages, and application deployments
* Integrate JAMF Pro with Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and other enterprise platforms
* Implement and maintain security controls, compliance standards, and patch management processes
* Develop automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency and device management
* Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and device management issues
* Partner with infrastructure, security, and support teams to ensure reliable endpoint management services
* Monitor device health, performance, and compliance across the environment
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
* 3+ years of experience administering Apple devices in an enterprise environment
* Hands-on experience with JAMF Pro administration
* Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
* Experience supporting macOS and iOS/iPadOS environments
* Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365
* Experience with device security, patch management, and endpoint compliance
* Scripting experience using Bash, Shell, Python, or similar technologies
* Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
