Location: Hybrid - CHARLOTTE, NC
Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite per week
Pay range: $65.63 - $68.63/HR
Contract Length: 12 months

OverviewThe L3 Delivery Lead, Lending Ecosystems and Integrations, work on the integrations / interfaces for both Loan IQ and nCino. They provides product-level and portfolio-level delivery governance and oversight across multiple products or value streams. The role ensures delivery execution is aligned to enterprise priorities, manages cross-product dependencies, and represents overall delivery health to end-to-end change and governance forums.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Portfolio Governance- Provide delivery governance at the L3 / product-portfolio level, ensuring clear alignment from strategy to execution across contributing L2 and L4 teams.
- Represent delivery health, risks, issues, and dependencies to end-to-end change initiative leadership and enterprise governance bodies.
Cross-Product Coordination- Proactively manage cross-product and cross-value-stream dependencies, identifying systemic risks early and driving resolution or escalation.
- Govern dependencies and risks at the appropriate program or product level, including linkage to Change Initiatives when required.
Delivery Execution Oversight- Manage program-level status, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring predictable delivery outcomes and transparency.
- Ensure readiness for product releases across all dependent teams, including SDLC, change, and operational readiness requirements.
Financial & Benefits Management- Develop and maintain business cases, manage delivery-related financials, and track benefits realization across the L3 portfolio.
Leadership & Routines- Lead and facilitate core L3 delivery routines, including:
- Intention Mapping (Quarterly)
- Big Room Planning (Quarterly)
- Cross-Product and Cross-Product Line Syncs (Monthly)
- Product Retrospectives (Quarterly)
- Product Cabinet and Strategic Product Reviews (Monthly / Quarterly)
- Serve as a key delivery partner to Product, Change, and Shared Services leaders, ensuring strong alignment across functions.
