Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
Perform end-to-end testing across ITSM and ITOM modules.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Identify, log, and track defects; coordinate with development teams for timely resolution.
Validate backend data using SQL queries.
Test integrations between ServiceNow and external systems/tools.
Maintain test environments and test data.
Provide guidance to junior QA team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
8 10 years of QA/testing experience.
