Job Description:

Manufacturing Technician

Job Summary: We seek a self-motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our team in producing high-quality medical products. This role involves ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes. This will include supporting multiple areas throughout the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and support production equipment across various medical product lines.
  • Follow SOPs to produce items meeting quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform in-process quality checks and maintain production records.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues, escalating major ones as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance, engineering, and production planning teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in training and guiding new team members.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high-quality work commitment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • 2-year AS or AAS degree
  • Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and related standards.
  • Experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Some proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Reliable transportation and the ability to work some overtime may be required from time to time.

Drug screen (No testing for cannabis) and criminal background check need to be completed and cleared prior to starting work.
