Summary

Hiring: Database Architect – AWS RDS / DB2 Migration

Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid)
Client: Vanguard group
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Experience: 12+ years in Database Engineering, 5+ years in AWS

Mandatory Skills:
IBM DB2 (LUW and/or z/OS)
At least 2 successful production DB2-to-AWS RDS/Aurora migrations
AWS DMS, AWS SCT, Amazon RDS/Aurora
Advanced SQL, database architecture, and performance tuning
AWS networking, security, and connectivity troubleshooting
Terraform/CloudFormation and scripting
 Financial services experience preferred

Looking for a hands-on architect capable of owning end-to-end database migration, conversion, validation, cutover, and production stabilization.
