Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through the development and execution of automated testing frameworks. This role requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies, automation tools, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software quality.
Continuously improve and optimize automation processes and tools.
Document and report test results, defects, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in QA automation technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in QA automation, including designing and implementing test frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
