Job Description

At client, an O9 Consultant works on supply chain planning and digital transformation projects using the o9 Solutions platform.

Key Responsibilities

·       Gather and analyze business requirements from clients

·       Design and configure o9 Demand & Supply Planning solutions

·       Develop techno-functional solutions and workflows

·       Configure planning models, reports, UI screens, and action buttons

·       Perform testing, deployment, and production support

·       Optimize solver performance and planning processes

·       Work with development teams on integrations and implementation

·       Troubleshoot issues and provide client support

·       Create documentation, solution architecture, and data flow diagrams

·       Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and business teams

Required Skills

Experience Required

·       Usually 5–10 years overall experience

·       2–3+ years hands-on experience in o9 platform

·       Experience in supply chain planning projects preferred

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field

·       o9 certification is often preferred
