Summary

We are looking for Lead Integration Developer for our client in New York City, NY
Job Title: Lead Integration Developer
Job Location: New York City, NY
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of integration and application solutions.
  • Serve as technical lead, providing mentorship, code reviews, and architectural guidance to development teams.
  • Design and implement MuleSoft-based integration architectures, including APIs, message flows, and system integrations.
  • Perform hands-on development using Java and Spring Boot for enterprise-scale applications.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Integrate AI-related capabilities, including MCP server concepts, to support intelligent automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and compliance standards within an enterprise environment.
  • Support production readiness, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in Agile/Scaled Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning and release cycles.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Development Lead in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing MuleSoft APIs and integration patterns.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation using Jenkins.
  • Understanding of AI concepts, including exposure to MCP server-based solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and distributed systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and engage effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS cloud services (RDS, SQS, S3, DynamoDB).
  • Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle databases.
  • Experience in financial services or insurance domains.
