Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Lead

Location- Remote

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Lead to drive implementation, customization, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. This role combines functional expertise in HCM modules with technical capabilities to deliver scalable, high-quality HR solutions aligned with business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
  • Configure and support modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Recruiting
  • Design and develop reports, integrations, and extensions using Oracle tools
  • Work on HCM Extracts, BI Reports, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas
  • Manage data migration, system integration, and interfaces with third-party applications
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and ensure quality deliverables
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, HR teams, and IT teams for successful delivery
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, security, and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or related field
  • 6–10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations/support
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules
  • Hands-on experience in both functional configuration and technical development
  • Proficiency in HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, and OTBI
  • Experience with integration tools (SOAP/REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC)
  • Knowledge of SQL and data migration techniques
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Experience with global HR/payroll implementations
  • Exposure to cloud technologies and SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Leadership or team management experience

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Working Conditions:
