Prior experience working in Pharma / Life Sciences organizations or consulting for Pharma clients.
Knowledge of Veeva CRM and integration patterns between Veeva and Salesforce Health/Life Sciences Cloud.
Experience with Einstein AI, Prediction Builder, Next Best Action, and Agentforce for patient services.
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards.
Experience with CI/CD (Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins), DevOps practices, and release management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Personal Attributes
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex patient services processes into technical solutions.
Proactive, hands-on mindset (this is not a pure PowerPoint architect role).
Passion for improving patient outcomes through technology.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-evolving regulated environments.
