RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is looking for a Remote Supervisor - CMS Program Coordination.
Duties:
* Lead, manage, mentor, and develop operational teams, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and accountability
* Establish productivity standards, quality expectations, team metrics, and operational processes while conducting regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
* Oversee day-to-day operational compliance, regulatory adherence, and program execution to ensure alignment with organizational and industry requirements
* Monitor evolving regulations, policies, and program requirements and translate them into scalable workflows, procedures, training, and operational best practices
* Manage reporting systems, operational platforms, and compliance portals to ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and data integrity
* Track and report on operational performance metrics, quality measures, benchmarks, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Partner with cross-functional teams including engagement, revenue cycle, analytics, product, engineering, and leadership to optimize workflows, reporting, and operational outcomes
* Ensure documentation, coding, billing, and reimbursement processes align with program and regulatory requirements
* Conduct audits of records, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance, quality, and timely completion of required activities
* Oversee care plan and service delivery processes, ensuring documentation is accurate, person-centered, and maintained according to established timelines
* Monitor operational milestones, assessments, submissions, reporting requirements, and stakeholder handoffs to ensure efficient program execution
* Provide structured feedback and coaching based on audit findings, while driving targeted process improvements and team development initiatives
* Identify compliance risks, operational challenges, and process gaps, leading corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
* 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, care coordination, case management, population health, or related operational leadership environments
* 2+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated success coaching, developing, and managing high-performing teams
* Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality measures, operational standards, and healthcare payment or value-based care models
* Experience translating complex regulations and requirements into operational workflows, training programs, SOPs, and scalable processes
* Proven experience auditing documentation, operational processes, or clinical records to ensure quality and compliance
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to drive decision-making and operational improvements
* Experience working within fast-paced, technology-enabled environments utilizing EHRs, operational platforms, reporting tools, and compliance systems
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving processes, priorities, regulations, and business needs
* Familiarity with revenue cycle management, documentation, coding, billing, and reimbursement processes is preferred
* Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across clinical, operational, technology, and leadership teams
* Agile, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure, and drives results in a rapidly scaling organization
* Experience supporting patient, caregiver, healthcare, or population health initiatives is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
