Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Copilot / Power Platform Engineer to lead governance, administration, and enterprise rollout of AI-driven solutions across Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience onboarding both third-party and internally developed agents into Copilot using Agent 365, while ensuring enterprise governance, DLP compliance, environment strategy, and scalable deployment processes.
This role requires expertise in Copilot configuration, Power Platform administration, CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, API integrations, and enterprise system connectivity. Candidates must be comfortable working in complex enterprise environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise deployment and administration of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform solutions
Configure and manage Copilot environments, governance models, and tenant administration
Onboard third-party and internally built AI agents into Copilot using Agent 365
Implement and manage DLP policies, security controls, and compliance standards across Power Platform environments
Design and maintain environment management strategies including Dev, QA, UAT, and Production
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for Power Platform and Copilot deployments
Integrate Copilot and Power Platform solutions with enterprise APIs, databases, and external systems
Support automation initiatives using Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft technologies
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise AI capabilities
Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and platform-related issues
Required Skills
Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform administration and governance
Experience onboarding agents into Copilot using Agent 365
Strong understanding of DLP policies, tenant governance, and environment management
Experience with CI/CD implementation using GitLab
Knowledge of API integrations and enterprise application connectivity
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and enterprise deployment best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in large enterprise environments
Knowledge of Azure services and Microsoft cloud ecosystem
Experience with AI/ML-enabled enterprise solutions
Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot-related certifications preferred

Prior experience leading enterprise AI governance initiatives is highly preferred
