Skills Required:
The Senior Salesforce Enterprise Architect will possess knowledge and technical expertise in standards and technologies to support complex business analysis, solution selection, systems design, and application integration specifically for Salesforce applications.
Additional Skills Required:
Deep expertise in Microsoft Purview and G5 Compliance capabilities. Proven success implementing compliance in regulated environments (CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP High). Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, Conditional Access, and Entra ID governance. Experience supporting AI governance or responsible AI initiatives in enterprise settings. Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and KQL for compliance automation and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and executive audiences.
Experience Required:This classification must have a minimum of seven (7) years of applying specifically for Salesforce applications Enterprise Architecture principles. At least five (5) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity.
Additional Experience Required:
Experience and Expertise 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 compliance and security architecture deployment.
Education Required:This classification requires the possession of a bachelor s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

One of the following Certifications:
SC-400: Microsoft Information Protection Administrator
SC-100: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect
MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator
SC-300: Identity & Access Administrator
CIPP/US or CIPP/G: Certified Information Privacy Professional
CISA: Certified Information Systems Auditor (or equivalent)
