Job Description

we are only looking for 1-2 people with Shopify experience and capable of leading a small team working directly with the client. Below is a JD, with more focus on the Shopify Developer skills. There is some urgency on this as we trying to get this work

General

Must have Shopify Experience, not someone just learning.
Should have good communication skills
Should have experience with React and Remix for front-end development and GraphQL APIs for data access, so would expect person has those skills.

Position 1: Shopify Developer

Broad shop construction, launch, and maintenance expertise, as well as a general understanding of the admin system
Skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, as well as a thorough grasp of the DOM
Previous experience working with a custom theme and/or the Storefront API
Working knowledge of Shopify's theming system and Liquid templating
Previous experience implementing/debugging third-party Shopify apps, as well as building unique solutions if needed
Knowledge and expertise with vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, ES2015/ES6, and current JavaScript frameworks
Working knowledge of Shopify's object/properties, AJAX API, and Meta fields
Working knowledge of third-party services and APIs, as well as Shopify plugins

Position 2: Shopify - Pipe17 / Integration Developer

Strong experience as a Backend or Integration Developer
Hands-on experience with Shopify APIs, webhooks, and backend integrations
Practical experience building and maintaining Pipe17 integrations
Solid understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) and e-commerce order lifecycles
Experience with API-based data flows, event-driven systems, and system orchestration
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams
