Senior User Experience Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer.

Responsibilities:
* Advocate for customer and business needs throughout the project or product lifecycle to ensure solutions address key objectives and challenges
* Develop and refine end-to-end solutions, concepts, and deliverables that are effective, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational goals
* Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and prioritize initiatives that deliver the greatest value
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas and requirements into practical, implementable solutions
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of consistent processes, standards, and best practices across projects and initiatives
* Gather feedback, analyze results, and apply insights to continuously improve solutions, processes, and outcomes
* Lead or participate in collaborative sessions, workshops, and planning activities to align teams and drive innovation
* Present recommendations, insights, and decisions to stakeholders in a clear, professional, and impactful manner

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years of exeperience
* Experience using professional tools and technologies to develop and deliver solutions
* Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective, scalable solutions
* Strong understanding of best practices, standards, and process improvement methodologies
* Experience supporting projects, programs, or initiatives across multiple functions or business areas
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in dynamic environments
* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and stakeholder groups
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage work independently while contributing to team objectives
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
* Experience gathering feedback, evaluating results, and implementing improvements
* Ability to influence outcomes and build effective working relationships across all levels of an organization
* Industry-specific experience is beneficial but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
