Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer specializing in Microsoft Copilot and Viva to enhance end-user productivity and digital workplace experiences. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and optimizing AI-driven solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring seamless adoption and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Deploy and manage Microsoft Viva modules (Viva Insights, Viva Learning, Viva Engage, Viva Connections)
Collaborate with End User Services (EUS) teams to enhance employee digital experience
Design and develop AI-driven automation and productivity solutions using Copilot capabilities
Ensure data security, compliance, and governance for AI-enabled tools
Integrate Copilot and Viva with enterprise systems and workflows
Provide user training, documentation, and adoption support
Monitor usage, performance, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot and Viva services
Work closely with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive)
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Copilot capabilities and implementation
Experience with Microsoft Viva suite
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and applied enterprise AI solutions
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Knowledge of identity and access management (Azure AD / Entra ID)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python)
Knowledge of compliance, security, and governance in M365
Exposure to endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM)
Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or AI-related domains

Experience:

4–8 years of IT experience with at least 2–3 years in M365 or AI-driven workplace solutions
