You will report to the VP, Intelligent Automation & Data Platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Use research, feedback, and data to continuously improve the experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering user experiences for complex software products, technical platforms, developer tools, enterprise workflows, or similarly sophisticated environments.
  • Strong capability across user research and product design, including interviews, contextual inquiry, journey mapping, usability testing, prototyping, interaction design, and iterative validation.
  • Understanding of complex technical workflows and translate them into intuitive experiences without concealing information users need to make informed decisions.
