Job Title: OnBase Administrator/Developer

Location: Remote (Candidate must be Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate within 30 days)

Duration: 6+ Months (Possibility of extension)

 

Work Arrangement

Primarily remote; candidate must be available to come onsite as needed. Candidate must be Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate within 30 days from designated start date.

 

Role Overview

The role involves supporting, maintaining, and developing additional functionality within the OnBase system. Responsibilities include user support, issue triage, ticket resolution, identifying root causes, proposing solutions, and improving user experience through conceptual designs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide user support and triage issues
  • Ensure timely resolution of assigned tickets
  • Identify patterns in issues to determine root causes and propose solutions or changes
  • Suggest and demonstrate conceptual designs to improve user experience
  • Support, maintain, and enhance OnBase functionality

 

Required Skills (Mandatory)

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Completed or recently renewed OnBase Certified WorkView Developer (OCWV) (Hyland Certified OnBase WorkView Administrator) certification within the past 4 years
  • Experience building OnBase low-to-no code solutions following Hyland best practices and design methodology:
    • WorkView standalone applications
    • Workflow standalone lifecycles
    • Workflow/WorkView combined solutions
    • Document Composition templates
  • Strong design thinking (focus on outcomes rather than steps)
  • Experience troubleshooting pre-existing OnBase solutions with minimal documentation
  • Experience working directly with business users to resolve production issues

 

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Government work history (State and/or Local)
  • IT Service Management (ITIL) certification
