• Onsite or Remote? Must be WI resident or willing to relocate WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DESIGNATED START DATE. Hybrid. Primarily remote but candidate must be available to come onsite as needed.
Top Required Skills & Years of Experience: (5+ years)
• Completed or recently renewed OnBase Certified Workview Developer (OCWV) (Hyland Certified OnBase WorkView Administrator) certification, within the past 4 years. Attach certification at time of submission if possible.
• Building OnBase low-to-no code solutions, following Hyland best practices and design methodology:
· Workview standalone applications
· Workflow standalone lifecycles
· Workflow/Workview combined solutions
· Document Composition templates
• Design thinking – determine and work toward an outcome, not just following a list of steps
• Troubleshooting pre-existing OnBase solutions with minimal existing documentation
• Working directly with business users to resolve production issues timely and correctly
Nice to Have Skills:
• State and/or Local Government work history
• IT Service Management (ITIL) certification
Project details: OCI Information Technology (OCI IT) supports and manages the OnBase solution for the benefit of OCI. OCI IT is looking for an additional experienced OnBase Contractor to support, maintain, and develop additional functionality with OnBase. Responsibilities include but are not limited to user support and triage of issues, and timely resolution of assigned tickets, identifying patterns of tickets to isolate true root cause and propose solutions and/or changes, suggesting, and demonstrating, conceptual designs to improve the user experience, etc.
Additional details: Weekend coverage is very rare but could be needed later in project.
