We are seeking an experienced General Laboratory Supervisor to join a healthcare facility in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Medical Technologist looking to take the next step in laboratory leadership or an established supervisor seeking a new opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience across all sections of the clinical laboratory, including Blood Bank, along with the ability to oversee daily laboratory operations and support a team of laboratory professionals.
Responsibilities\n
\n - \n
Oversee daily operations of the general clinical laboratory.
\n - \n
Supervise, train, and support Medical Technologists and laboratory staff.
\n - \n
Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely processing of laboratory testing.
\n - \n
Maintain compliance with laboratory policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
\n - \n
Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with complex laboratory testing.
\n - \n
Coordinate staffing, workflow, quality control, and performance improvement initiatives.
\n
Requirements\n
\n - \n
MT certification through ASCP or AMT REQUIRED.
\n - \n
Experience in ALL major laboratory sections, including Blood Bank REQUIRED.
\n - \n
Strong generalist experience in Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank.
\n - \n
Previous laboratory supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
\n - \n
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
\n - \n
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced clinical laboratory environment.
\n
