Are you an experienced Medical Technologist who enjoys working across multiple areas of the laboratory? Do you have a strong background in Blood Bank and an interest in taking on more leadership responsibilities?

We are recruiting for a General Laboratory Supervisor opportunity in the Indianapolis, Indiana area!
\n
This position is ideal for an experienced MT who wants to put their technical expertise to work while helping lead a clinical laboratory team.
What You'll Be Doing\n
\n - \n
Overseeing daily operations of a busy general laboratory
\n - \n
Providing technical guidance and support to laboratory staff
\n - \n
Working across Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank
\n - \n
Ensuring accurate testing, quality control, and regulatory compliance
\n - \n
Assisting with staff training, scheduling, and workflow improvements
\n - \n
Supporting a positive, efficient laboratory environment
\n
What We're Looking For\n
\n - \n
MT certification through ASCP or AMT REQUIRED
\n - \n
Strong experience in ALL major laboratory departments REQUIRED
\n - \n
Hands-on Blood Bank experience is essential
\n - \n
Solid understanding of general laboratory operations and quality standards
\n - \n
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
\n - \n
Leadership experience is a plus!
\n
