Project/Product Manager - Perm - Pembroke Pines, FL - $120,000- $170,000

Our client is seeking a Project/Product Manager in Pembroke Pines, FL

Role Description

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Participate in building long-term vision and roadmap for the product, aligning it with company objectives and market needs.
Customer & Market Research: Participate in our Voice of the Customer rituals, analyze competitor products, and industry trends to identify opportunities and pain points.
Feature Prioritization & Requirements: Translate user needs into detailed user stories and specifications, prioritizing the backlog for development teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, program management, and sales to launch products and manage the end-to-end development lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of communication, managing relationships and expectations among internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to track performance, measure success against KPIs, and validate product enhancements.

Skills & Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in product management, specifically within software (SaaS, enterprise systems, or B2B) including Desktop Software.
Technical Understanding: Strong technical acumen to effectively communicate with engineering teams, often requiring a technical background.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to map technical capabilities to business value and long-term goals.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written skills to articulate product vision and influence cross-functional teams.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Tools: Aha!, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Office 365, the Google Suite, Smartsheet
Desired Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of A.I. Accelerators, Knowledge of the modern A.I. landscape & system.
Background in Automotive
