Summary

Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
Location: NYC, NY
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite at Client Office

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Configure and manage Payroll Elements, Balances, Fast Formula, Retro Payroll, Costing, Payment Methods, Payroll Flows, Payslips, and Payroll Processing.
  • Handle payroll corrections, adjustments, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Conduct client workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, and functional requirement discussions.
  • Coordinate with payroll business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.
  • Manage the complete implementation lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
  • Support Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll integrations and end-to-end integration testing.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing, earnings and deductions calculations, retroactive processing, costing, and payments.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll.
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Global Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll elements, balances, Fast Formula, retro payroll, costing, and payroll flows.
  • Experience leading payroll implementations and managing client-facing activities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP integrations, and BI Publisher.
  • Experience with Redwood page personalization using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
  • Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll certification.
  • Experience with multi-country payroll implementations.
